Install Crew Lead

Crew leads set the standard on site. You’ll run the plan for each property, keep the crew safe and on schedule, and make sure every finished roofline meets our bar.

What you’ll do

• Lead a 2–3 person crew through the daily install schedule
• Own site safety, quality control and the finished result
• Read the per-property design and strand labeling, and adjust on site
• Communicate status and any issues back to the office

What we’re looking for

• Prior Christmas light, roofing, trades or crew-leadership experience
• Comfortable working and directing others at height
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
