BEFORE YOUR GUARANTEED INSTALL-BY DATEWhile we install every display to withstand the season, nature doesn’t always cooperate. If a bulb burns out or a strand comes loose, we’ll make it right—free of charge.

RESPONSE WITHIN 24 HOURSWhen the holidays are over, we return to carefully remove and pack the lights. They’re stored in our facility—organized, tested, and ready for the following year.

Between seasons each set is tested, repaired and re-bundled. Failures get caught in July instead of the week of Thanksgiving.
