After you contact us, we’ll follow up within 24 hours (usually within a few hours) to answer any questions and schedule an in-person design consultation.
During the consultation, we’ll discuss your specific preferences or present you with pre-designed lighting options to choose from. Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we’ll provide a quote on the spot and schedule the installation date.
No, we do not install customer-provided lights. We only use the highest-quality commercial-grade lights to ensure a professional appearance and secure installation.
If a light goes out, becomes loose, or there’s any other issue, simply take a picture of the problem and contact us using the information we provide. We’ll have a technician out within 24 hours to resolve it.
KY Christmas Lights owns the lights and handles all maintenance, installation, removal, and storage.
Yes, we offer discounts for multi-season agreements. When you sign a 1-season (3-month), 2-season, or 3-season agreement, discounts for subsequent years are automatically applied.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or Apply Pay that is processed through Stripe. Cash can be accepted for one-time purchases. Multi-year agreements must be setup with a debit or credit card. No checks please.
Total balance due is processed 2 days prior to your scheduled installation.
