The journey begins with a personalized design consultation. You can either provide your ideas, or if you’re unsure of what you want, don’t worry— check out our ‘Design Inspiration’ page to get an idea of what you like and don’t like. We’ll work with you to provide additional suggestions for your home.
Scheduled Installation
On the day of installation, we’ll arrive with all the equipment and materials necessary to complete the job efficiently and safely. You won’t have to lift a finger and all that we ask is someone is present to confirm the details of your installation and ensure we have access to the property.
Needed Maintenance
Between wind, rain, snow and other elements, bulbs or connections may come loose. That’s why we offer ongoing maintenance as part of our service, free of charge.
Takedown and Storage
We start taking down lights New Year’s day and will continue the removals throughout January. The lights will be carefully packed away and secured for next year’s installation.

At a high level, here’s what the process looks like:
- Design Consultation – We’ll consult with you about the designs, colors, and other features you’d like installed on your home or business.
- Installation Scheduling – Once the design is finalized, we’ll schedule an installation date to make that design become a reality.
- Maintenance – Following the installation, if there are any issues – a bulb comes loose, snow knocks a clip off, etc. Contact us and we’ll come out and resolve the issue within 24 hours.
- Takedown – After the holiday season is over, we’ll schedule a time to remove the lights and pack them away safely until next year.

There is no cost for the design consultation and you are not obligated to purchase during the consultation.
After the consultation, we’ll provide a quote on the spot, including everything from installation to maintenance and removal. If you’d like to move forward, we’ll provide you with a link to place your deposit so we can lock-in your installation date.

Step 2 – Installation
Once the design is finalized, we’ll schedule an installation date. You’ll receive a text the day before and the day of the installation to notify you we are on our way.

Step 3 – Ongoing Maintenance
While we ensure all connections between the lights are secure upon installation, mother nature sometimes has other plans.
Between wind, rain, snow and other elements, bulbs or connections may come loose. That’s why we offer ongoing maintenance as part of our service, free of charge.
All we ask is that you take a picture of the issue, since we can’t easily determine which bulb or strand may be burnt out in the daylight.
With our maintenance services, you can enjoy your display worry-free throughout the entire holiday season.

- Periodic Testing: We routinely inspect and, as needed, replace our lights and decorations well before the Christmas season starts. This ensures that in-season maintenance is kept to a minimum and your home is always looking its holiday best!
Step 4 – Takedown & Storage
If you’re on a multi-year agreement, your lights will be carefully packed away and ready for next year’s installation.
We start taking down lights New Year’s day and will continue the removals throughout January. Similar to the scheduling of the installation, we’ll notify you at least 3 days in advance of when we schedule to takedown your lights.
Should the weather not allow us to do so, we’ll stay in close communication so you know when we’ll be coming.
